Shipping Policy
Shipments go out within 1-3 Business Days from the day the order is placed. We ship via USPS, however if you have any large orders or want to use a different carrier we suggest calling the shop at (415-681-5434).

Due to nature of post service during this time we cannot guarantee shipment time, only when shipments will be sent out.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive a wrong or damaged item or you believe items to be missing in mail, please contact us at theswordandrosesf@gmail.com and we will be happy to work with you on finding the package, or getting those items to you without cost to you.
If you wish to return any item that is not damaged we will ask that you pay for shipping, but we will refund the cost of the item.
